Boiling-bratt pans from the product line Practic are particularly suitable into each facility, where large amounts of dumplings and gnocchi need to be cooked. Boiling-bratt pans are used for the heat treatment of food – by cooking and stewing in water, slight frying in oil. Thanks to the tub, which is not deep, this equipment ensures faster heating and uses less water.
