SUMMER 2024 NEWS! New high performance potato peelers!
We added carborundum to the sides of the potato peelers and we developed a uniqe cleaning function.

High-performance potato peeler SKZ-15 with cleaning function under the cleaning disc!

It is designed for cleaning potatoes in a volume of min. 8kg, optimally up to 15 kg at a time, and is therefore especially suitable for school canteens, restaurants and many establishments, where it is necessary to clean potatoes quickly, with quality and in large quantities.
As an alternative, you can also clean celery or kohlrabi.Cleaning takes place without large losses, and therefore you will save up to 1kg per cycle  on potato consumption. In addition, the potatoes are perfectly cleaned.

We also thought about future savings:
The material of the potato peeler is made of very durable stainless steel, which is not food grade, so the service life of the peeler is very long.
The potatoes are cleaned in the peeler drum with the help of a cleaning plate made of carborundum material, which is also used on the sides of the peeler, which ensures quality and efficient cleaning. We used 3x more carborundum material for the cleaning plate/disc than in other available products. The special bending and shaping ensures that the cleaning results are perfect!

We also took care of cleanliness, hygiene and smell! No more deposits and waste under the cleaning disc. 
We have built a rinse function under the cleaning disc, so the scraper will always be clean and hygienically in the highest order! This is a unique and unrivaled feature. 
While you are cleaning the potatoes, the clogged space under the cleaning disc is also cleaned.

Using an electric potato peeler is very simple:
- the potatoes are poured through the upper hole into the cleaning drum of the peeler and the upper door is closed
- you open the cold water inlet valve and turn on the device with the button
- after 1.5 - 2 minutes of cleaning, turn off the potato peeler with the red button and close the water valve
- place a container under the drain door, slightly open the drain door and turn on the device
- the cleaned potatoes spill out spontaneously
- in 1 hour, you can clean up to 200-400kg of potatoes
- the inside of the peeler is also cleaned during operation. The peeler has two valves, one valve fills water into the cleaning area where the potatoes are cleaned, the other valve has the task of bringing water to the space under the cleaning plate - i.e. where dirt is stored, and you normally can't get there. Using the cleaning function is extremely simple, when cleaning potatoes, you loosen the upper valve, after cleaning you open the lower one, which also rinses the bottom of the plate. If you wish, both valves can be opened during potato cleaning, so you can rinse the peeler in addition to cleaning the potatoes.
